Tasks Automatically Advance by Just Chatting with AI! Free Seminar "Introduction to Agent Workflow for Automating Task Creation and Document Generation" on May 23rd (Sat)

Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R Co.) will hold a free online seminar on May 23rd (Saturday) for those who feel burdened by peripheral tasks in design work, and others. The seminar is titled "AI Automation Where Work Progresses from Conversation: Introduction to Agent Workflow for Automating Task Creation and Document Generation." This seminar will be conducted entirely in English, but it is also possible to listen in Japanese through simultaneous interpretation.

Designers often have a vast number of peripheral tasks, such as creating materials, organizing documents, and sending notification to the team. Many may feel overwhelmed by these non-design related tasks. However, these tasks might be automated by simply chatting with AI. C&R Co. will host a seminar introducing a new work style where AI acts as a project coordinator, utilizing Google Workspace and AppSheet Automation.

The speaker will be internationally active UX designer, Matt Penna. In this seminar, participants will learn how to automate tedious tasks through conversation with AI, and how to discern which tasks should and should not be entrusted to AI. Let's incorporate "small automations" into your work starting tomorrow. Those interested are encouraged to participate.
