Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R Corp.) will hold a free online seminar on May 12 (Tuesday) titled "More Than Logic, I Want 'Empathy' – The Art of 1on1 to Open Creators' Hearts." This seminar is for those who want to improve their communication skills, focusing on learning "empathy-based 1on1" techniques to support team members' psychological well-being and maximize their performance.
In creative workplaces, expression and intuition are often highly valued, and intentions and feelings can sometimes be conveyed without being properly articulated. As a result, misalignments in sensibility and psychological friction can arise during dialogues with superiors, subordinates, and clients. Furthermore, there are many situations where purely technical logic cannot provide a solution.
Especially for middle-management directors and team leaders, who are in positions that "drive the现场 while also acting as adjusters," they are often caught in the middle of these misunderstandings. Drawing out the true feelings of team members and moving forward becomes a significant challenge.
This seminar will use case studies to explain practical "empathy-based 1on1" techniques that open up the other person's heart, resolving "unspoken feelings" and "unaligned dialogues" that often occur in creative workplaces. It is recommended for anyone who feels they have communication challenges. If you are interested, please join us.
