Medical Principle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "MP"), a subsidiary in the medical field of Creek & River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "C&R"), will host the "Minkan Ikyoku Resi-Navi Fair 2026 Sendai ~Clinical Residency Program~" (Venue: Sendai International Center, hereinafter "Resi-Navi Fair 2026 Sendai") on Sunday, April 19th.
The "Resi-Navi Fair," which has been held since 2002, is Japan's largest joint briefing session for residency hospitals, where many hospitals from all over the country exhibit and provide hospital information to attending medical students and medical residents. This event is held eight times a year in various locations nationwide, boasting a track record of approximately 1,500 participating hospital facilities and about 8,000 attendees (actual results for 2025).
On the day of the fair, in addition to booth exhibitions by each facility, we will hold projects such as the "What makes people chosen by popular hospitals different? Thinking strategies to pass interviews" seminar, which teaches how to create the "stand-out answers" required by popular hospitals when doing hospital visits or taking recruitment exams; the "Winning Strategy for Matching" mini-seminar, where you can hear from medical residents at popular hospitals; the "Medical Student Career Open Consultation Corner," where you can consult about finding a residency hospital; and the "Booth Visit Supporter" who will introduce recommended hospitals according to your wishes.
In addition, we have prepared attendee perks such as the free distribution of "Resi-Navi Book 2025," which contains information on 496 designated clinical residency hospitals nationwide. As attendee support, we also plan to conduct campaigns such as a "Transportation Subsidy Campaign."
MP will continue to work on disseminating information on clinical residency programs and providing support services through holding events and online fairs, in order to be of service to medical institutions, medical students, and medical residents.
