Ociete Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masashi Yonezu; hereinafter referred to as Ociete), which provides inbound accommodation facility management (apartment hotels, minpaku, etc.), inbound multilingual support services (tourist information, inquiry response), and business interpretation/translation services, will commence operations of "Fukuryuso" (Fukuryuso), a newly opened rental accommodation facility in Shichirigahama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

"Fukuryuso" is located in the Shichirigahama area, surrounded by the charming townscape and nature characteristic of Shonan. It is within walking distance of "Shichirigahama Station" on the Enoshima Electric Railway, offering excellent access to the Kamakura and Enoshima areas, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. In addition to tourism, it is also suitable for stays where guests can relax with family and friends away from their daily lives.

Ociete undertakes all preparation for opening, including interior coordination (furniture, appliances, amenities, etc.), property photography, and listing on OTAs (Online Travel Agents).

At this property, as part of Ociete's initiative in its accommodation facility management consignment business, we will handle all necessary operations for accommodation facility management in an integrated manner, including sales management on OTAs (Online Travel Agents) after opening, revenue management (optimizing accommodation fees according to demand, etc.), check-in procedures, cleaning arrangements, and multilingual customer support.
