Ociete undertakes all preparation for opening, including interior coordination (furniture, appliances, amenities, etc.), property photography, and listing on OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
At this property, as part of Ociete's initiative in its accommodation facility management consignment business, we will handle all necessary operations for accommodation facility management in an integrated manner, including sales management on OTAs (Online Travel Agents) after opening, revenue management (optimizing accommodation fees according to demand, etc.), check-in procedures, cleaning arrangements, and multilingual customer support.
