What is the 'Ryo-on na Ie'?

'Ryo-on na Ie' (Cool-Warm House) is a home-building approach that combines high thermal insulation and airtightness with a proprietary ventilation system (whole-house cool-warm room) to minimize indoor temperature differences and improve air quality. Based on the principle of 'ventilation first, heating and cooling second,' it achieves a refreshing indoor environment year-round using just one air conditioner—cool in summer and warm in winter.

At 'RYOAN Ichinomiya,' a coastal design developed in collaboration with California-based contractors is adopted, featuring a 270㎡ garden, gazebo, wooden deck, and dog run. Guests can experience the home's performance—often difficult to feel in showrooms—through an actual overnight stay.
