Mirail Inc. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shiori Minami; hereinafter "Mirail"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRG Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yasuhiro Oda), announced that it will launch "Hoshino Alice," an AI recruitment concierge, on June 15, 2026, within its recruitment support platform "HRaris" (Service URL: https://hraris.com/lp).

Overview of AI Recruitment Concierge (Hoshino Alice)

Hoshino Alice is a core function of HRaris that utilizes the conversational AI "PRizmo" (https://prizmo.ai/) provided by Evolve Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka; Representative Director: Akira Yasumatsu). It supports recruitment managers from organizing their concerns to considering their next steps through context-aware dialogue.

PRizmo is a conversational AI designed for "decision-making support," guiding users in stages according to their situation and helping them organize their thoughts and uncertainties. It has the following features:

・Capable of deep-dive conversations based on context in response to vague consultations from recruitment managers.

・Responds based on multiple information sources, including market data, recruitment results, product information, and human expertise.

・Provides an accompanying dialogue experience that organizes the background and priorities of issues, rather than just simple FAQ responses.

Through dialogue, it elicits the recruitment manager's concerns, carefully ascertains the situation, and organizes points that need review, such as talent pool formation, appeal content, and selection processes.

Background of Development

In the domestic recruitment market, while the options for recruitment methods and HR services continue to increase, companies' recruitment sites face structural challenges such as "unable to organize what the issues are" and "difficulty in judging which measures to prioritize."

While existing HR tools like ATS have played a significant role in streamlining recruitment operations, functions that support strategic decision-making and the structural organization of recruitment issues have not been adequately addressed in the market. Against this backdrop, Mirail developed Hoshino Alice as an AI concierge function to support recruitment managers in organizing their challenges and considering their next steps.

Comment from Business Manager

Mirail Inc.

Yujin Yamashita, Manager, Recruitment Consulting Department

"The recruitment market has entered an era of information overload, and as the options for measures increase, it becomes more difficult for recruitment managers to decide 'what to choose.' The AI Recruitment Concierge (Hoshino Alice), based on Evolve Inc.'s PRizmo, is an AI concierge that listens to recruitment managers' concerns, ascertains the situation, and helps them organize their next steps. As a core function of HRaris, we will continue to improve dialogue quality and proposal accuracy, aiming to become a platform for recruitment decision-making."

Pre-order Acceptance

Prior to the launch of HRaris on June 15, 2026, pre-orders will begin on May 11, 2026. During the pre-order period, accounts can be opened from the service website (https://hraris.com/lp). Basic functions can be used free of charge monthly and with no initial fees (some additional functions are subject to separate charges).

Future Outlook

Going forward, by further deepening collaboration with Evolve Inc., advancing AI algorithms, expanding integration with HR-related services, and strengthening data linkage, we aim to improve the dialogue quality and expand the application areas of the AI Recruitment Concierge (Hoshino Alice).

Mirail aims to build a "recruitment decision-making platform" with HRaris at its core, and the AI Recruitment Concierge (Hoshino Alice) will continue to evolve as a crucial function supporting its realization.
