Hoshino Alice is a core function of HRaris that utilizes the conversational AI "PRizmo" (https://prizmo.ai/) provided by Evolve Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka; Representative Director: Akira Yasumatsu). It supports recruitment managers from organizing their concerns to considering their next steps through context-aware dialogue.

PRizmo is a conversational AI designed for "decision-making support," guiding users in stages according to their situation and helping them organize their thoughts and uncertainties. It has the following features:

・Capable of deep-dive conversations based on context in response to vague consultations from recruitment managers.

・Responds based on multiple information sources, including market data, recruitment results, product information, and human expertise.
