■ Comment from Palette Representative Miyake
Currently, we have been involved in creating more than 200 jobs (as of April 2026) within Ibaraki Prefecture. What I strongly feel through this experience is the importance of not just "working" but also "maintaining connections with society." I believe that parasports and para-art have great power to expand these connections.
Through competition and expression, self-esteem and opportunities for social participation are born, which in turn leads to employment and independence. I recognize this as a very important area.
Although this donation is a modest one, we made it with the hope that it will help create such opportunities.
■ Future Outlook
Palette will continue to sincerely address social issues, including disability welfare and employment support for people with disabilities, and strive to realize a society where everyone can work and live with peace of mind by continuously contributing to the local community through its business activities.
■ About the CRG Group
To address the decreasing working-age population due to the declining birthrate and aging population, and the resulting structural labor shortage, our group provides a diverse range of services. In addition to providing "human resources" through our main temporary staffing and recruitment business, we offer "outsourcing" utilizing specialized know-how, "information technology" such as AI/RPA, "disability employment support" including employment transition support and satellite office operations for people with disabilities, "online interpretation and translation" providing highly specialized interpretation and translation, and "accommodation management business" for foreign tourists in response to the recent increase in inbound demand. We will continue to strive for increased satisfaction of all stakeholders.
