Project Name: SOIL Fellowship Program
A project to build a scheme supporting the overseas expansion of Japan's performing arts culture. In Reiwa 7, pitch events were held in London and Edinburgh, where trainees introduced their works to international performing arts professionals. Leveraging the diversity of Japanese performing arts, practical groundwork for international dissemination and sustainable network building has progressed.

Project Name: Global Anime Challenge (GAC)
A project providing learning opportunities for young talent to develop leaders for the Japanese anime industry. It features a training program specialized for overseas expansion and diverse trainees including producers, directors, and animators. In Reiwa 7, domestic workshops and internships at overseas animation studios were conducted. Future plans include the production of pilot films and dispatch to international animation film festivals and markets.

Along with art creators, a dedicated video media team, in-house producers, and stage technicians are trained via overseas inspections and OJT. New creations produced during this process will be presented at the theater in the future.

In addition to offering year-round lectures for enrolled students through partnerships with overseas educational institutions and companies, overseas training programs are also planned.
