CRE Inc. (CEO & President: Toshihide Kameyama, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) today announced that it has transferred all shares of its subsidiary, LogiHR Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Target Company"), to Mr. Ikuo Tamai, a director of the Target Company, effective today. Furthermore, as CRE Inc. and the Target Company will continue their collaborative relationship in the human resources solutions field even after the share transfer, we also announce that a basic agreement regarding collaboration has been concluded today. Additionally, upon completion of this share transfer, Tomonori Kamitono, who was the Representative Director of the Target Company, will retire from his position as Representative Director of the company, effective today.
