CRE Co., Ltd. (Representative Director President COO/Tadahide Kameyama, Headquarters/Minato-ku, Tokyo) will hold a free on-site seminar titled "Logistics Business Operations Undeterred by Labor Shortages - Latest Success Stories and Tips for Labor Policies" on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 16:00 to 17:00.

This CRE Forum will be held in Osaka for the first time in approximately six years.

We hope this will be a valuable opportunity to re-examine the challenges facing the industry in the Kansai area, a crucial hub for logistics.

The logistics industry is facing a chronic labor shortage. Challenges that cannot be overcome with conventional approaches are becoming apparent, such as the aging of drivers and warehouse personnel, restrictions on working hours due to the "2024 problem," and structural changes caused by system reforms.

This seminar will explain specific approaches and practical examples for achieving sustainable business operations even in such a challenging environment. It will provide hints for redefining the future of logistics business by viewing labor shortages as a "starting point for transformation."
