Regarding the Business Alliance As announced on March 18, 2024, in "Announcement Regarding Business Alliance with Saito Kikaku Co., Ltd.," the Company has been promoting the expansion of capsule toys and entertainment-related machines through collaboration with Saito Kikaku Co., Ltd. Saito Kikaku possesses a nationwide operational system for the capsule toy vending machine sector, covering sales, installation, maintenance, and operational support, and has accumulated numerous installation achievements over many years. Furthermore, Saito Kikaku operates a capsule toy installation network of approximately 15,000 machines across about 1,500 locations nationwide, possessing extensive know-how and operational track records in commercial facilities, amusement facilities, mass retailers, and more. The Company positions the strengthening of real-world touchpoints in the IP and entertainment sectors as one of its growth strategies, and its collaboration with Saito Kikaku continues to be an important partnership for promoting this.
Regarding the Collaboration on "POCA i" Additionally, as announced on May 7, 2026, in "Announcement Regarding Conclusion of Exclusive General Agency Agreement with Norikongan Japan Co., Ltd.," the Company is promoting the domestic expansion of K-POP photo card "POCA i" and its dedicated machines. "POCA i" is an experiential content where K-POP artist photo cards can be purchased and collected at physical stores. Against the backdrop of the highly popular photo card market both domestically and internationally, further market expansion is expected. In this business, rapid machine deployment to commercial facilities, amusement facilities, and mass retailers, as well as the establishment of a stable operational system, are crucial. This time, the Company and Saito Kikaku have commenced collaboration on this business as part of their business alliance. Through this collaboration, by utilizing Saito Kikaku's nationwide capsule toy installation network, installation know-how, maintenance system, and operational network, we aim to improve the speed of "POCA i" deployment and accelerate its nationwide expansion. Furthermore, the Company's policy is to grow this business not merely as a machine sales business, but as a recurring revenue business centered on continuous photo card sales. In the future, we are also considering expansion into anime, game, and character IPs, in addition to the K-POP sector.
