After working in manufacturing management, he was in charge of planning and marketing from 2010.
Assumed current position in 2021, overseeing public relations, advertising, and digital initiatives.
From the company's over three-hundred-year history, he finds the origin of business in relationship building. He aims to improve engagement by focusing on customer happiness through SNS and ambassador programs.
During his development days, his personal favorite is the "Tsuyu no Moto Gold" series, for which he was responsible for the design and new packaging in planning and marketing.
Takumi Nakamura
Manager, Public Relations & Advertising Group, Corporate Planning Department, Ninben Co., Ltd.
Has been in charge of the Ninben Dashi Ambassador project since 2023.
He has been a member of the Public Relations & Advertising Group since 2018, primarily involved in public relations, food education, and TV commercial production. From an internal perspective, he wants to show new employees that the ambassador project is a desirable task, as it has largely been left to Mori within the group.
To those outside the company, he aims to present it as a more attractive activity.
Saori Mori

Has been in charge of the Ninben Dashi Ambassador project since 2019.
She handles everything from event planning and execution to moderation and video editing. Feeling the passion of the fans firsthand, she aims to further expand opportunities to share their "love" for bonito flakes and dashi. She also engages in advertising production and acts as a food education instructor.
Kana Okitani
Manager, Ambassador Marketing Division, CRAVIA Inc.
After working as a sales promotion planner for retail stores and major supermarkets, she joined CRAVIA (formerly AMN) in 2024.
As a salesperson, she was responsible for planning and consulting for "Ambassador Programs®" across various industries including food, alcoholic beverages, and theme parks. In January 2026, she was promoted to Manager of the Ambassador Marketing Division. Based on her practical knowledge, she is also involved in speaking at seminars and operating workshops on the subject of ambassador marketing.
