1. Positioning of This Initiative This measure was implemented as a demonstration project for an integrated promotion model merging "Games x Idol IP x Real Events." The objective is to convert online users to real events, elevate billing behavior into experiential value, and establish a monetization model in regional cities.

Results of This Measure Through the implementation of this measure, we have confirmed the following results: - Creation of synergistic effects through linking games and real events: By linking in-game rankings with real event benefits, we contributed to improving user retention and billing rates. - Improvement of average revenue per user (ARPU) by providing high-value-added experiences: By providing experiential value combining travel planning and direct interaction with members, we achieved an increase in ARPU compared to conventional events. - Confirmation of the effectiveness of the revenue model in regional locations: Even in Sapporo, we secured high attendance and profitability, confirming the effectiveness of the IP event business model in regional cities. - Establishment of an integrated promotion model: By integrating games, SNS, and real events, we confirmed the effectiveness of building a model for continuous revenue generation beyond one-off measures.
5. Future Developments Our group will promote the following measures based on the "integrated promotion model merging games, idols, and real events" established through this initiative: - Horizontal expansion to other idol groups, character IPs, and influencers - Expansion of revenue opportunities through linkage with pop-up stores, merchandise sales, and events - Expansion of event areas and making them regular through cooperation with local commercial facilities and distribution companies - Providing high-value-added services and improving profitability by accumulating event operation know-how
