Bio-AI startup Craif Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryuichi Onose; hereinafter 'Craif') is pleased to announce that its urine cancer test, 'mySignal Scan,' has been certified as a 'ME-BYO BRAND' by Kanagawa Prefecture.

Craif provides testing services that enable early cancer detection through its proprietary bio-AI technology, which analyzes microRNA in urine. 'mySignal Scan' is a test kit that allows for the highly accurate and convenient assessment of 10 types of cancer risk, starting from stage 1, using a non-invasive urine sample. With this 'ME-BYO BRAND' certification, we aim to further promote our efforts toward early cancer detection and optimized treatment, striving to achieve our mission: 'Realizing a society where people can live out their natural lifespans.'
■ About 'ME-BYO BRAND'
'ME-BYO BRAND' is a certification system established in 2015 as part of Kanagawa Prefecture's initiatives to improve 'Me-byo' (the state between health and illness). The prefecture certifies excellent products and services that contribute to the visualization and improvement of Me-byo, thereby promoting Me-byo improvement and the expansion of the Me-byo industry.
The certification targets products and services based on scientific evidence that contribute to the visualization of Me-byo and the resolution of social issues, leading to changes in awareness and behavior among residents. Evaluations are based on five criteria: conceptual alignment, reliability, innovation, marketability, and future potential.
