Announcement of Partnership Agreement with Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Sports Human Capital, which Develops Sports Management Human Resources

CPA Excellent Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kensuke Kunimi, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered into a three-party partnership agreement with the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Sports Human Capital (Representative Director: Kosuke Honma, hereinafter referred to as "SHC") and the Public Interest Incorporated Association Japan Professional Football League (hereinafter referred to as "J.League").

This agreement aims to promote the activities of the three parties through cooperation in the businesses such as education, courses, and events provided by SHC and the Company. SHC aims to "develop sports management human resources and accumulate knowledge" and plays a role as a partner in solving the challenges of sports organizations by developing sports management human resources through programs like the "SHC Sports Business Master Course." By combining this with the Company's expertise in developing accounting and finance human resources, we will promote the development of accounting and finance human resources essential for sports organizations, enhance knowledge, and support the strengthening of management foundations. In addition to information sharing and business collaboration, we aim to improve the quality of learning for both the Company and SHC by mutually utilizing material and human resources. As partners with the mission of "realizing a rich life," we will create strong synergy among the three parties and contribute to the sustainable development of the Japanese sports industry through the development of sports organizations and human resources.
