### Luxurious Parfaits with Spring Citrus
The 'Direct from Seasonal Fruits' series, popular at Ginza Cozy Corner's cafes and restaurants for using seasonal fruits, will feature parfaits using 'Kiyomi Orange' from Ehime Prefecture and 'Hyuganatsu' from Miyazaki Prefecture.
Kiyomi orange, a cross between Satsuma mandarin and orange, has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is full of fragrant juice. Hyuganatsu is characterized by the sweetness in the white, cotton-like part (albedo) inside the peel, and is cut and arranged to leave that white peel.
Both parfaits luxuriously use the flesh of one whole fruit, layered with homemade granita (*), vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, finishing with a satisfying volume.
