Keikyu Department Store has partnered with COUNTERWORKS to implement the 'Shopcounter Enterprise' leasing DX system, representing the first adoption of this platform within the department store sector. To address operational inefficiencies caused by decentralized, Excel-based management of pop-up events and tenant contracts across its Keikyu and 'Wing' facilities, the group is transitioning to a unified SaaS platform. This system will centralize the entire leasing lifecycle, from initial recruitment and negotiations to digital contract execution and automated billing. By launching a dedicated online portal for prospective tenants, Keikyu aims to broaden its reach to a wider variety of industries beyond its traditional network. Furthermore, the initiative includes revitalizing underutilized common areas, such as elevator foyers, to serve as new retail points, thereby driving incremental revenue and enhancing overall facility value through digital transformation.
