Safie Adopts SAP Cloud ERP to Build Foundation for International Expansion

System Integrator Corp. and SAP Japan Co., Ltd. announced that Safie, Inc. has adopted 'SAP Cloud ERP' as its global business foundation to support international expansion and multi-fold growth. System Integrator Corp. has been selected as the implementation partner.

This project aims to redesign business processes, starting from accounting, using a 'Fit to Standard' approach to establish a robust infrastructure capable of adapting to changing business environments.

Since its founding in 2014, Safie has expanded its cloud video recording service and has grown to a revenue scale of approximately 19 billion JPY. As the company looks toward further growth and international expansion, both operational and system-related challenges have surfaced.

Against this background, Safie sought a new system, with a focus on implementing a global ERP. SAP Cloud ERP, centered on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, was selected for its scalability to support future growth, cloud-native continuous support capabilities, and multi-language/multi-currency support. The rich standard features, including those for foreign currency transactions, were also highly evaluated for their ability to consolidate tasks previously handled manually.

In selecting an implementation partner, Safie prioritized finding a partner capable of driving business transformation. System Integrator Corp. was selected for its deep understanding of business operations, practical proposals, and collaborative approach to system design. Its neutral position, backed by expertise in both domestic and global ERPs, was also a deciding factor.
