Huge Success in Osaka! Yamakami Sawao × Kabe Poster's 'ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club Tokyo Edition' Announced!

It has been announced that 'ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club - Tokyo Edition,' featuring Yamakami Sawao & ELPIS and Kabe Poster, will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Tokyo Kineama Club.

The performers for 'ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club - Tokyo Edition' are Yamakami Sawao and Kabe Poster, who previously appeared together in 'Vol.7' of the series at GORILLA HALL OSAKA in Osaka in September 2025.

This Tokyo revival marks a special celebration of Kabe Poster's graduation from Yoshimoto Manzai Theater in Osaka on March 31, 2026, and their official debut in Tokyo starting April 2026.

During 'Vol.7,' Yamakami joined Kabe Poster's comedy act wearing a suit. Additionally, Nagami of Kabe Poster, a huge fan of the band the pillows, performed one of their songs together with Yamakami—an exclusive collaboration only possible at this event.

Following overwhelming demand from fans who attended as well as those who missed the Osaka show, the organizers decided to fulfill audience expectations with this Tokyo performance.

<ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club>

Launched in February 2023 as part of the opening events for GORILLA HALL OSAKA in Osaka, this series pairs rock bands with comedy duos. Past editions include: Vol.1 – Gesu no Kiwami Otome × Saraba Seishun no Hikari, Vol.2 – 04 Limited Sazabys × Shichitōshin, and Vol.3 in January 2024 – Base Ball Bear × Dow 90000.

The first Tokyo edition in February 2024 was held as 'ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club - Extra' featuring ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, Fuji Fabric, Kagaya, and Miki. In 2025, the series continued with great success: January – Omoide Yaro A Team × Hanako, March 7 – Haruka Mirai × Mitorizu, and March 15 – Hump Back × Yoneda 2000.

On September 26, 2025, a revival performance of Base Ball Bear × Dow 90000 was held at KT Zepp Yokohama, followed by 'ROCK or LIVE! - Rock Comedy Club - Vol.7' with Yamakami Sawao × Kabe Poster on September 27—both shows generating significant buzz. In 2026, 'Vol.8' with Frederick × Dansei Blancco was held in January, 'Vol.9' with Kururi × Kuuki Kyodai in February, and 'Vol.10' with Dogakuten × Dondecorte is scheduled for September 29.
