『YAESU LAUGH WEEK』

TOFROM YAESU TOWER, a super high-rise complex building with 51 floors above ground, is set to open in the heart of the Yaesu area, directly connected to Tokyo Station. Additional performers have been confirmed for the pre-opening special project 'YAESU LAUGH WEEK Presented by ぴあ' at the newly opened 'TOKYO TATEMONO PIA THEATER & CONFERENCE' within the facility.

With the theme '5 Days Where Laughter Intersects,' this event will deliver fresh laughter through various entertainment collaborations! The main venue will feature two stages: 'TOFROM STAGE' and 'YAESU STAGE.' Performances will be held across 5-6 shows daily in a venue with approximately 200 seats.

Newly added to the lineup is Kuniko Yamada, a judge for the M-1 Grand Prix! Alongside guest Miyaji Katsura, they will fill the venue with smiles through enjoyable talk sessions. Former Yakult Swallows legends Ryota Igarashi and Mitsuru Manaka will appear in Yaesu! Experience a special live event with baseball comedians. A special performance of the manzai live show 'Chounouryoku Shonen' by 1000, Rainmans, Lindberg, and Ningen Yokocho will also be held! In collaboration with 'Daigakugeikai,' a university comedy competition, a reunion show will feature guests Ungirls and gather comedians who emerged from university comedy scenes such as Sasurai Rabbit and Nightingale Dance!

TOKYO TATEMONO PIA THEATER & CONFERENCE is a facility developed utilizing the prime location of TOFROM YAESU TOWER, which is directly connected to Tokyo Station via Yaesu Underground Mall (Yaechika) and accessible directly from major cities across Japan through the underground bus terminal (Busta Shinjuku). It comprises the 'TOKYO TATEMONO PIA THEATER,' a theater with a capacity of approximately 800 seats, the first of its kind in front of Tokyo Station with tiered seating, and 'TOKYO TATEMONO PIA CONFERENCE,' a hall and meeting rooms. In addition to large-scale business-related events centered around MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), it will play a role in disseminating culture and arts through entertainment events, which have been lacking in the Tokyo Station area, and serve as a place for exchange to strengthen the connection between the town and people, contributing to the further revitalization of the YNK (Yaesu, Nihonbashi, Kyobashi) area and enhancing the appeal of Tokyo as an international city.

'TOKYO TATEMONO PIA CONFERENCE,' located on the 5th and 6th floors of TOFROM YAESU TOWER, consists of two flat-floor halls: the large hall 'TO YAESU HALL' with a maximum capacity of 828 seats (dividable) and the small hall 'FROM YAESU HALL' with a maximum capacity of 140 seats (dividable), along with 10 meeting rooms suitable for various scenes. In addition to seminars and lectures, the facility can be used for parties, large exhibitions, and traditional festivals and exchange events that have been passed down for many years by local community associations in the surrounding YNK area.

It is directly connected to Tokyo Station via Yaesu Underground Mall (Yaechika) and comprises diverse functions including offices, commercial facilities, theaters/conferences, a bus terminal, and medical facilities, contributing to the strengthening of urban functions and enhancement of international competitiveness befitting the gateway to Tokyo as an international city.

The name 'TOFROM' is a coined word combining the English words 'TO' and 'FROM,' embodying the aspiration for this place to become a hub where people, goods, and things from all over Japan and the world gather and connect, and from which diverse values are created and disseminated.
