This service is a development partner offering that provides end-to-end support from planning and design to implementation and operation, utilizing the five technical domains of AI, DATA, OPERATION, UI/UX, and BIM accumulated through the development and operation of "Photoruction," one of Japan's largest construction tech services. Background of the Service: 10 Years of Change in Construction Tech and the Next Phase Since its founding in 2016, Photoruction has been promoting the digitalization of construction sites. Over the past decade, the IT environment in the construction industry has changed significantly, and the introduction of IT tools has become the norm.
However, with the rapid evolution of AI, the very premises of software are changing. We are shifting from the phase of "replacing paper with digital" to a phase where AI transforms business operations themselves. In this transformation, general-purpose software has its limits. The challenges faced by construction companies vary widely depending on their industry, type of work, and scale, and software optimized for each company's business and operations is becoming necessary.
