nobitel has focused on in-house training and system development, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment where trainers and employees can grow through the provision of "people-centric" services. Through this process, we have regularly held this event with the desire to create opportunities that further promote self-growth.

"Area Manager General Election" where subordinates choose their own superiors

Area managers who oversee multiple Dr.stretch stores will be selected by a vote of all employees. Voting by subordinates fosters a sense of mutual responsibility and creates an open culture where employees can focus on their work with passion for customers, rather than being concerned about their superiors' moods.

This year, four finalists who passed a rigorous selection process will give presentations in front of approximately 1,000 people. Afterwards, all staff, including executives, will cast their votes to determine the area managers.

"Stretch World Grand Prix" to select the world's No.1 trainer from 2,500 trainers

As part of our service improvement efforts, we will develop trainers who can enhance their knowledge and skills and provide the best stretch to customers through competition.

Twelve representatives who have won through from over 2,500 Dr.stretch trainers worldwide will compete in the final, assessing the physical condition of the judges and performing appropriate stretches in just one minute.
