Nobitel Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masahiro Kurokawa), which operates the stretching specialty store "Dr.stretch" with over 290 locations in Japan and overseas, announced that Masahiro Kurokawa has been appointed Representative Director and Chairman, and Shunsuke Masaki has been appointed Representative Director and President, effective April 1, 2026. Since its founding, the company has operated under a sole representative system. However, in anticipation of further business expansion and entry into global markets, it has been decided to transition to a "co-representative system" with a Representative Director and Chairman CEO and a Representative Director and President COO.
