nobitel Inc., which operates over 290 'Dr.stretch' specialty stretch salons both domestically and internationally (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masamichi Kurokawa), announces that Masamichi Kurokawa has been appointed Representative Director Chairman and Shunsuke Masaki has been appointed Representative Director President, effective April 1, 2026.

Since its founding, the company has operated under a sole representative system, but has decided to transition to a 'co-representative system' with a Representative Director Chairman CEO and a Representative Director President COO, in anticipation of further business expansion and entry into global markets.
