Currently, delivery services are used by many people in various situations. However, with hundreds of restaurants listed within the same category, we sometimes receive feedback from users saying, "I don't know which restaurant to choose." To solve this "difficulty" and "worry" in choosing a restaurant, we have launched this feature as a mechanism to help users find high-quality affiliated stores that handle delivery with care.

"Meiteng of Delivery" features restaurants that Demae-Can independently selects and displays. Selections are based on various information, including service quality in store operations such as review ratings and order volume, as well as the high operational quality unique to delivery, such as whether driver waiting times at the store can be kept short.

"Meiteng of Delivery": 3 Reasons Users Can Choose with Confidence

This feature introduces the following mechanisms to shorten the time spent choosing a restaurant and enable users to maximize its use as "reference information for choosing a restaurant."

1. Objective evaluation based on unique indicators

Selections are made based on comprehensive data from various perspectives, including user review ratings, order volume, number of items, whether store-initiated closures and cancellation rates are at sufficiently low levels, and whether driver waiting times at the store are kept short.

2. Updated monthly

Scoring and updates are performed on the first day of each month based on performance and average standards over the past 90 days. By reflecting the latest quality of the stores, we ensure the freshness of information and maintain reliability.

3. 3 easily discoverable access points

We have designed access routes within the Demae-Can app and website so that users can access "Meiteng of Delivery" without hesitation.

- Area Top Page: New "Recommended Conditions" and "Meiteng of Delivery" sections have been added. - "Meiteng" badge awarded: A certification badge will be displayed on the store's top page. - Added to search filters: It will be subject to the "Meiteng" filter, allowing users to find stores smoothly.
