(Headquarters: Toshima, Tokyo; Representative Director and Executive Officer COO: Katsumi Mizuno; hereinafter "Credit Saison") to launch a new service starting June 29, 2026, enabling Credit Saison's "Mojika Points" issued to Saison Card members to be exchanged for cryptocurrencies on Coincheck. This service is made possible through "Coincheck CaaS," the Company's embedded financial service offering.

With this service, Saison Card members can now exchange Mojika Points accumulated through everyday card usage into cryptocurrencies available on Coincheck. This expands point utilization beyond traditional consumption rebates, enabling asset building and new financial experiences through cryptocurrencies.

Background of the Service Launch

The Company and Credit Saison previously announced on April 20, 2026, the signing of a business partnership agreement to promote collaboration in cryptocurrency-related businesses and the FinTech sector (※1).

This new service marks the first concrete initiative under that partnership, linking Credit Saison's "Mojika Points," which boasts a membership base of approximately 15 million, with Coincheck's cryptocurrency trading platform to provide Saison Card members with new options for asset formation.

Both companies view the Mojika Points earned through credit card usage not merely as a rebate mechanism, but as part of a broader financial infrastructure that expands customer choice. Through this service, they aim to create a new pathway connecting daily spending to long-term asset building.

During the campaign period, exchanged points will be valued at 5 yen per point (instead of the standard 4.5 yen per point), increasing the amount of cryptocurrency received.
