As our business expanded, the number of employees increased, leading to a shortage of office space and meeting rooms in our existing office. Furthermore, with the promotion of remote work since the COVID-19 pandemic, 75.4% of our employees (as of January 2025, the percentage of employees working remotely at least once a week) are working remotely. However, the number of employees requesting to work in the office has also increased, prompting us to transition to a hybrid work model. This expansion will accommodate the increase in personnel and promote hybrid work, accelerating future-oriented work styles and business growth.
