Against this backdrop, the company introduced its own unique AI utilization metric, referencing advanced examples both domestically and internationally, to further elevate the level of generative AI utilization.
AZARS is composed of two elements: "Organizational AI Utilization Level" and "Individual AI Utilization Level." It defines the abilities and states expected in business operations for AI utilization, including generative AI, across four stages. The introduction of this metric makes it possible to visualize and evaluate AI utilization, which tends to be subjective, based on a company-wide unified standard. A distinctive feature of AZARS is that it establishes common indicators for both developers, such as engineers, and non-developers in business and corporate divisions. This enables the promotion of AI utilization based on the same standards, regardless of job type.
Moving forward, by enabling all group employees to freely utilize AI technologies, including generative AI, the company will continue to create new value by integrating its strengths in "fashion x technology." Concurrently, it aims for further growth in both business and operations by expanding AI utilization even further.
