WiseVine Receives Order for Budget Formulation and Management System through Joint Procurement by Nagano Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, and Saku City

WiseVine Co., Ltd. (Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Shoo Yoshimoto, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been awarded the "Nagano Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, and Saku City Comprehensive Budget Management System Construction Project" (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). This project will be implemented through joint procurement by multiple local governments, and a portion of the introduction costs is planned to be covered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Digital Utilization Promotion Project Bonds. Full operation is scheduled to commence on October 1, 2027.

Background and Purpose of this Project Nagano Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, and Saku City (hereinafter referred to as "2 Prefectures and 1 City") aim to address issues such as the aging of existing systems, concerns about the future of programming languages, and increasing maintenance costs. They seek to reduce the financial burden through joint procurement and maintain stable future operations, while also improving the efficiency of budget formulation and budget-related operations (comprehensive plan management, execution management, project evaluation, etc.) and reducing the burden on staff amidst ongoing efforts to promote in-house DX and paperless initiatives. ■ Our Role The Company will provide the budget formulation and management system "WiseVine Build & Scrap," realizing improved efficiency in budget formulation and budget-related operations (comprehensive plan management, execution management, project evaluation, etc.) and reducing the burden on staff through centralized data management across the entire government. ▶before

1. Achieve year-on-year comparison through ID management to improve assessment capability

・Business expense data has not been sufficiently identified, making it difficult to grasp the year-on-year trends of each project, which is an obstacle to budget assessment.

・Thoroughly identify business data within the system to centrally visualize the evolution of projects over the years.

・Enable assessment based on year-on-year comparisons, thereby improving the accuracy of budget assessment.
