"Cultivation experience even in remote work! Communication expanding with mini tomatoes" To enhance employees' interest in food in a remote work environment, we implemented an initiative where mini tomato seedlings and soil were sent to employees' homes, fostering interest in food through cultivation and harvesting. Communication was activated by sharing growth status using our proprietary chat tool "dejiren." This initiative not only increased interest in food through cultivation but also promoted communication among employees and their families.
