This new feature uses generative AI to automatically propose draft job descriptions and will be available starting June 30, 2026 (Tue).
By simply answering four questions, users can articulate vague needs and significantly reduce the effort required to create job descriptions for contract work.

As the specialized skills required by companies become more advanced and diverse, securing the necessary talent in terms of both quality and quantity is an increasing challenge. Consequently, organizations are increasingly combining various employment types such as contract work and side jobs, in addition to full-time hiring, to flexibly leverage external specialized human resources.
Against this backdrop, there is a growing need within "VisasQ Direct" to directly approach registered experts with the experience and knowledge useful for solving a company's business challenges, and to hire them as contract workers or full-time employees.
However, especially when first considering the use of contract workers, the job requirements are often not articulated internally, making the preparation of the job description itself a major hurdle to starting the recruitment process. In fact, a certain number of hiring companies have abandoned the process midway through creating job descriptions on "VisasQ Direct."
Therefore, by providing the "AI Job Description Creation Support" feature, VisasQ will significantly lower the hurdle for many companies that have struggled with defining job requirements.
The beta version will target contract work positions, with plans to include job-type positions for full-time employees in the official release.

This feature can be easily activated from a newly added banner on the "VisasQ Direct" job description creation screen.
Simply by answering (selecting/entering) the four required questions: "Company/Service," "Request Category," "Background of Recruitment," and "Scope of Work," generative AI will automatically create and propose text for the six core items of the job description: (1) Title, (2) Job Classification, (3) Background of Recruitment, (4) Job Description, (5) Qualifications/Required Skills, and (6) Qualifications/Preferred Skills.
The proposed content is automatically reflected in the job description form as is.
Users can then review and edit the generated draft, input working conditions such as working hours, compensation, and work style, to smoothly complete the job description. (*Job descriptions can be published/scouted after review is complete.)

In situations like "We need sales support for a new business, and the business unit will directly hire contract workers, so this is my first time writing a job description," or "I've only ever written job descriptions for full-time employees. I don't know what level of detail to break down the scope of work and required qualifications for contract workers," this feature allows users to select a category and enter a few lines about the background of the recruitment, and the AI will propose a "scope of work" and "qualifications" optimized for contract workers.
Use Case 2: Difficulty in defining requirements when utilizing consultants in specialized fields where the company lacks expertise
In situations where "We want to utilize a technical consultant, but we don't have any experts internally, so we can't proceed with creating the job description," the AI automatically supplements "preferred qualifications" by capturing the standard skill set for that role and market context, thereby eliminating the hiring manager's uncertainty in defining requirements and significantly shortening the lead time until recruitment begins.
