This facility is an original property fully developed by WITH SEA—from land acquisition to design and construction—and fully reflects the brand's vision of "moments by the sea" in terms of proximity to the ocean, architectural design, and overall guest experience.

Among the three buildings, Building C offers a direct frontal view of Iwakishi Coast.
