UMITO Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Teppei Hori), which operates the villa subscription service "WITH SEA," will open "WITH SEA Ito," its first trailer house facility under the brand, in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture, on April 1, 2026.
WITH SEA, as a villa subscription service offering "moments spent with the sea," has primarily focused on detached houses and large-scale facilities capable of accommodating many guests. This time, to offer a more diverse lifestyle to our members, we have opened our first "trailer house type" base.
Within the extraordinary space of a trailer house, you can enjoy a time of liberation from daily life with the sea breeze caressing your cheeks and palm trees swaying as you open the windows, and the horizon of Sagami Bay spreading before your eyes as you step onto the terrace. In this environment, we offer a stay experience that fuses the openness unique to the outdoors with a new value of "enjoying a little inconvenience."
This facility is not just a simple camping or outdoor experience; its compact and simple spatial design allows guests to feel the essential charm of the outdoors, such as time spent facing nature and the joy of taking time to do things. Furthermore, leveraging the trailer house format, the open location that allows you to feel closer to the sky and the sea is another major feature of this facility.
This facility is configured with two trailer houses forming one unit, with one designed exclusively for living and the other for sleeping. By separating spaces by intended use, we have achieved both functionality and a spacious environment. While enjoying the freedom of the outdoors, you can spend relaxing time surrounded by high-quality furniture indoors.
"WITH SEA Ito" consists of a total of three units, allowing you to choose the most suitable unit based on the number of guests and your preferred stay style. Each unit has a different layout, accommodating various ways of staying, such as a spacious type with a sofa set in addition to bunk beds, and a relaxing type with floor beds.
Furthermore, there is also a sauna trailer overlooking the sea, offering a special "Totonoi" (state of complete relaxation) experience that can only be had here, along with outdoor bathing while gazing at Sagami Bay.
We also have full-scale gas BBQ equipment, allowing you to enjoy a rich outdoor experience by dining around the fire.
"WITH SEA Ito" proposes a new style of stay that combines the comfort of a hotel with the charm of the outdoors, allowing you to spend your time comfortably in nature while enjoying the "slight inconvenience" that is part of the appeal of the outdoors.
Addressing the "inconvenience of water facilities," which has been a challenge in traditional outdoor accommodations, this facility adopts the latest hotel-like amenities for toilets and bathrooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
By designing the facility so that even those unfamiliar with the outdoors, families with small children, or women traveling together can stay with peace of mind, we aim to allow more people to enjoy their time in nature.
While maintaining the sense of openness and exhilaration of spending time in nature, we have reduced stress during your stay and realized a residential comfort that allows you to relax to your heart's content. We propose a new lodging style that blends the charm of the outdoors with the comfort of a hotel.
