Tsukui Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Takeshi Takahata, hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term contract with the F.Marinos Sports Club (Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Shunsuke Ashizawa, hereinafter "F.Marinos Sports Club") to further strengthen co-creation activities, with the aim of promoting highly significant initiatives that combine care/welfare with sports. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030.
❚ Intent of the Long-Term Contract
With the mission to "Confront the challenges of a super-aged society and create an era where people live happily for 100 years," the Company has been engaged in co-creation initiatives between care/welfare and sports to solve social issues since entering into a Sustainable Official Sponsor agreement with F.Marinos Sports Club in February 2021.
Furthermore, through support for "Yokohama F.Marinos Futuro," the intellectually disabled football team operated by the club, we are also promoting activities toward the realization of an inclusive society where everyone can thrive in their own way.
To promote these initiatives continuously and progressively, rather than as one-off events, we have newly signed a four-year long-term contract.
❚ Contract Period and Type
Contract Period: July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030
Contract Type: Sustainable Official Sponsor
❚ Strengthening Co-creation of "Care/Welfare x Sports"
● Expansion of "Soccer Classes" by "Fureai Coaches"
The Company has previously held "Fureai Coach Soccer Classes" where F.Marinos Sports Club's Fureai Coaches visit our care facilities. With the conclusion of this contract, we plan to expand the number of sessions to four per season.
In addition to existing programs such as gymnastics and quizzes, we are also planning a new "Shoot Challenge" competition between facilities using chair soccer. The winning facility will be scheduled for a repeat visit by a Fureai Coach. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance customer engagement and proactive participation, leading to the creation of continuous opportunities for exercise and interaction.

● Holding of "Futsal Classes" for Local Residents
As a new initiative for community collaboration, we will hold "Futsal Classes" where local residents can interact with players from "Yokohama F.Marinos Futuro," the intellectually disabled football team operated by F.Marinos Sports Club.
By having fun while exercising, we aim to deepen understanding of diversity and foster a sense of coexistence toward realizing a society where everyone can thrive, regardless of disability, by focusing on the players.

❚ Future Outlook
Going forward, the Company will continue to promote highly significant initiatives that combine care/welfare with sports through co-creation with F.Marinos Sports Club.
Through the continuation and development of co-creation activities, including soccer and futsal classes, we aim to contribute to our customers' health promotion, creation of a sense of purpose, and promotion of community interaction. We will also support "Yokohama F.Marinos Futuro," the intellectually disabled football team operated by the club, to promote understanding of disability sports.
Through these activities, we will contribute to the realization of an inclusive society where everyone can live vibrantly.
