Author's Message
Don't you sometimes blame yourself at the end of the day, thinking 'I didn't accomplish anything today either'?
Even though you planned everything out beforehand...
Your textbook or notebook lies open on your desk, but you can't muster the energy to reach for it.
You see a post on social media saying 'I'm continuing my certification studies while working,' and your heart stings.
Each time, you judge yourself internally: 'I have weak willpower,' 'I'm an adult who can't even stick to one study habit.'
What this book wants to convey most is that 'you are not to blame' for feeling this way.
It's not that you're lazy; rather, it's largely due to your current lifestyle and the workings of your brain that make you feel this way.
