TableCheck Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yu Taniguchi; hereinafter, "TableCheck"), which provides the "TableCheck" platform connecting restaurants and guests worldwide, has obtained the "SOC 2 Type 1" assurance report based on the Trust Services Criteria of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

An independent third-party audit has confirmed that our information security management system and internal control design comply with strict standards.

SOC 2 — An International Standard for Enterprise Security

*SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is an auditing standard established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that certifies that a cloud service provider's internal controls and security systems comply with international standards.

Third-Party Verified Global Data Security

Our globally deployed platform aggregates highly sensitive information such as reservation details and customer data. Recently, security requirements for cloud services have become more sophisticated, and partner companies and major operators demand transparent management systems. Furthermore, our data centers are ISO 27001 certified, and together with this SOC 2 Type 1 acquisition, this demonstrates a multi-layered security system compliant with international standards for both the platform and infrastructure.
