Former CARTA HD CEO Shinsuke Usami to Acquire All Shares of Supporters

Shinsuke Usami, former Representative Director, President, Executive Officer and CEO of CARTA HOLDINGS (hereafter 'CARTA HD'), has agreed to acquire all shares of Supporters Co., Ltd. (hereafter 'Supporters') held by CARTA HD through the newly established Supporters Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinsuke Usami; hereafter 'Supporters HD'). This transaction is scheduled to be executed on April 10, 2026. Since its founding, Supporters has been a leading domestic HR tech company developing high-value-added matching services, primarily in the career support field for new graduate engineers, under the vision of 'Increasing Cool Adults.' The company boasts a strong business foundation with significant growth potential in the young IT talent market that will support the future digital society, leveraging its dominant community brand for engineering students. Through this share acquisition, Supporters will become independent from CARTA HD and execute flexible and bold business strategies. Shinsuke Usami will fully support this independence by utilizing his extensive business development experience and will strongly drive Supporters' mid-to-long-term corporate growth. Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1972. After graduating from Waseda University's School of Commerce and working at Tohmatsu Consulting (now Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC), he co-founded Axiv.com (VOYAGE GROUP) in 1999. The company was listed on the TSE Mothers market in 2014 and the TSE First Section in 2015. In 2019, he became Chairman of CARTA HOLDINGS following a management integration with CCI, a 100% subsidiary of Dentsu. He received a TOB from NTT DOCOMO in 2025 and stepped down as Representative Director in December of the same year.
