He will continue to concurrently serve as CHRO.

As the organization expands with rapid business growth, Takaya Kawashima, who has led recruitment, training, and organizational development as CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer), has been appointed Director COO/CHRO to place the power of people and organization at the core of management.
