Social Interior Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ken Machino), whose mission is "Changing the world of interiors. Changing the world with interiors.," announces its participation in the 3rd "Workplace Reform EXPO [Tokyo]" to be held from Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

With the concept "Build the Next 10 Years of Work.," this exhibition will propose ways of building offices that align with a company's growth phase in an era where the role of offices is changing, including talent acquisition, fostering organizational culture, and improving employee experience.

At the venue, we will create a space where visitors can experience the possibilities of future work styles through the evolution of our offices from their founding to the present, and through AI-powered office diagnostics.

Display of Social Interior's Office Evolution and Completed Projects We will exhibit the real evolution of our offices, from our 7-tsubo (approx. 23 sqm) founding period to the present, as a wall story. Hints for integrated, supportive office construction tailored to company size, growth phase, and changing times will be introduced along with examples of completed projects.

AI Office Diagnosis Experience In the pantry space within our booth, we will conduct an "AI Office Diagnosis" using our proprietary AI tool. We will diagnose the suitability of office utilization and organizational challenges faced by visitors, allowing them to take home hints for creating new spaces.
