The Shiseido Group has long conducted research on cosmetics that support women throughout their life cycles, based on a holistic perspective that comprehensively addresses the skin, body, and mind. In 1997, the company conducted research targeting women in the menopausal generation on the theme of "the effects of massage, exercise, beauty, and cosmetics." The program name at that time, "Blossoming Program," symbolized by "Blossoming," conveyed the wish that "menopause is the beginning of a second life. We want them to bloom a bigger flower again."

This time, in response to the social issue of a knowledge gap and lack of support regarding menopause, we have established the "Blossoming Program," which inherits the spirit of that time and has been restructured as a beauty seminar. 《About the Blossoming Program》

In this seminar, we will provide tips for women experiencing physical and mental changes, including menopause, to face those changes and live authentically through cosmetics. The target audience is women aged 45-55*2 in the menopausal generation, and women in their late 30s to early 40s in the pre-menopausal period. The seminar will cover basic knowledge about female hormones and lifestyle habits, practical skincare tailored to skin changes, makeup suitable for adult skin, and communication among participants. The basic duration is 60 minutes.*3
