(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Yasuyoshi Nakajima), which provides career transition support for seniors, announced the results of an investigation into the trend of job posting numbers on its specialized senior job site 'Senior Job'. The findings reveal that over the 2-year and 3-month period from December 2023 to March 2026, the number of job postings for seniors increased dramatically by more than 7 times.

As a result of investigating the trend of job postings on the senior-specialized job site 'Senior Job' (https://seniorjob.jp/), the following characteristics were observed:

- The number of job postings for seniors increased by more than 7 times in the 2 years and 3 months from December 2023 to March 2026.
- Growth was particularly large during the 1 year and 2 months from September 2024 to November 2025; total senior job postings increased by 149.5%, and '60+ welcome' jobs surged by 357.6%.

## Details of Senior Job Trends Survey: Average Annual Increase of 149.5% Over 2 Years and 3 Months

In February 2026, the senior-specialized job site 'Senior Job' added an administrator function that allows for aggregating job numbers filtered by conditions such as job type retroactively (*1). However, the job conditions that can be set here are limited to job type, prefecture, region, employment type, and salary range. Specific features like '70+ welcome' or 'no retirement age' could not be set, making retrospective investigations impossible.

Therefore, we collected data from past survey records that tracked the total number of jobs posted on the site, as well as the number of '60+ welcome' and '70+ welcome' jobs. From points in time spaced roughly six months or more apart, we extracted data from five specific dates—December 12, 2023 (*2), September 10, 2024 (*3), March 12, 2025 (*4), November 5, 2025 (*5), and March 18, 2026 (*6)—and investigated the trends over this period.
