Renet Japan Group Opens Group Home for People with Disabilities in Nagoya City

RJ Social Care Nagoya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Obu City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director: Shinji Suzuki), a subsidiary of Renet Japan Group Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President & CEO: Takeshi Kuroda), will open "Smile Home Nagoya Tokushige," a day service support type group home for people with moderate to severe disabilities, in Midori Ward, Nagoya City, on June 1, 2026. The "Social Care Business Mid-Term Plan Social Care Growth & Roll-up 2030," announced on March 5, 2026, aims to expand day service support type group homes to 70-90 facilities by the fiscal year ending September 2030. This opening in Nagoya City marks the first facility in the Chubu area under the same mid-term plan, which establishes a dominant expansion in Japan's three major metropolitan areas: Kanto, Chubu, and Kansai.

A newly built facility designed with barrier-free access, providing 24-hour support from experienced professional staff.

In addition to health management, medication management, and financial management, it supports residents' lives according to their individual hobbies and preferences in an environment where they can spend their days at home. It also establishes a cooperative system with local visiting services such as visiting nursing, visiting dentistry, and visiting medical care, and includes a short-stay option to meet the urgent temporary accommodation needs of people with severe disabilities.

■ Horizontal Expansion of Early Stable Operation System

"Libit Home Higashi Kawaguchi" (Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture), which opened in October 2025, achieved full occupancy within three months of opening and has been highly evaluated by residents and their families as a stable living environment. It has successfully launched as a stock-type revenue facility while stably functioning as a receptor for regional support for people with severe disabilities. The Nagoya Tokushige facility also aims to establish this "early stable operation system" to provide a safe home for residents and achieve continuous and stable business operations.

■ Regarding the Mid-Term Plan "Social Care Growth & Roll-up 2030"

Our group defines the synergy between the recycling business (Environment: E) and the social care business (Society: S) as the "ES Strategy," positioning these two businesses as the twin engines of growth.
