Raksul Establishes "RAKSUL INDIA ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED" as a Technology Hub in India

Raksul Inc. This move is to fully initiate the construction of an AI-native development organization and a global team responsible for core platform development that integrates multiple services. The Company previously established "RAKSUL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" in Bengaluru in 2020, conducting development to successively launch businesses that change systems across various industries. Subsequently, with the growth of the JOSYS business, it was transferred, with "JOSYS DIGITALTECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED" taking over as a new role, specialized in that business. Meanwhile, the Company is currently undergoing service diversification through continuous M&A and new business development, evolving into an "End-to-End technology platform that solves management challenges for SMEs." Accordingly, it is transitioning from a phase of individually optimizing multiple services to a phase of integrating them to form an ecosystem. To achieve this ecosystem, the newly established "Raksul India" is positioned as a strategic base to support the overall quality and scalability of the ecosystem. It will be responsible for the design and construction of common platforms and ID platforms that span all group services, as well as advanced architectural design. Furthermore, in the Company, where a development environment utilizing generative AI is already standardized, the importance of overall system design, quality assurance, and architectural design is increasing, beyond just code generation capabilities.
