Petgo Expands into Animal Hospital Channel Through Partnership with Signy

Petgo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hiroshi Kurosawa; Securities Code: 7140; hereinafter "the Company") will strengthen sales to the animal hospital channel for "VETSOne," its Japan-originated total pet healthcare brand, through Signy Co., Ltd. (Location: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Katsuyoshi Hara; hereinafter "Signy"), which has approximately 11,000 animal hospitals, representing over 90% of domestic animal hospitals, registered as members. As the first phase, we will begin selling "VETSOne Protect Plus," a flea and tick repellent for dogs and cats, to the animal hospital channel.

The Company has primarily distributed "VETSOne Protect Plus" through its own online mail-order channel. However, by commencing sales through Signy, which specializes in distribution for animal hospitals, we aim to deliver our products to more veterinary sites and further contribute to parasite control for dogs and cats.

Moving forward, in collaboration with Signy, which boasts the largest number of affiliated hospitals in the industry, we will promote joint branding for "VETSOne" in the animal hospital channel and develop Signy-exclusive products. This will enable us to provide diversified healthcare solutions through veterinary practices, in addition to our traditional e-commerce channel.

2. Sales Method

Sales will be conducted to animal hospitals nationwide through "Signy VET," an e-commerce site for animal hospitals operated by Signy.

- Pipette shape that allows easy, small drops

- Pipette design that can stand upright after opening

- Manufactured in a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing plant compliant with Japan's GMP guidelines

(2) VETSOne Dog Protect Plus

Eliminates fleas, ticks, lice, and biting lice that infest dogs.

- Flea elimination and prevention effect: 1 to 3 months

- Tick elimination effect: Approximately 1 month

- Can be used for puppies 8 weeks of age or older (no weight restriction)

- Easy administration by simply dripping between the shoulder blades

- Main ingredients (per 1mL): Fipronil 100mg, (S)-Methoprene 90mg

(3) VETSOne Cat Protect Plus

Eliminates fleas, ticks, and biting lice that infest cats.

- Flea elimination and prevention effect: 1 to 1.5 months

- Tick elimination effect: Approximately 3 weeks

- Can be used for kittens 8 weeks of age or older (no weight restriction)

- Easy administration by simply dripping between the shoulder blades

- Main ingredients (per 1mL): Fipronil 100mg, (S)-Methoprene 120mg
