About New Member Companies
AIAC is an organization that aims to deepen social understanding of AI-powered recruitment interviews and HR evaluations, promote the proper use and sound social implementation of AI interviews, and realize transformation in recruitment activities.
In October 2025, AIAC established the "AI Interview Service Provider Guidelines" as important action guidelines to contribute to the healthy development of AI interviews, and has established the "HR AI Ethics Compliance Certification" system to review and certify compliance with these guidelines from a third-party perspective.
