These advertisements feature a QR code, offering a novel interview experience that allows interested individuals to take an AI interview on the spot via their smartphones.

Background and Outlook

Traditional recruitment and job advertisements primarily focus on conveying the "company's appeal" and "recruitment details." Applicants are typically required to prepare necessary documents such as resumes after seeing an ad and then go through the application process, making it difficult to directly link ad exposure to applications. In this conventional flow of "1. Ad Contact (Awareness) → 2. Resume Preparation → 3. Application → 4. Schedule Adjustment → 5. Interview," hurdles like resume preparation and schedule adjustment tend to lower application rates.

In contrast, using AI interviews allows for immediate participation simply by accessing an interview URL. By including the URL in advertisements, interviews can now be taken immediately after encountering the ad, without being bound by the traditional flow. This is expected to improve application rates and reduce workload for both candidates and recruiters.
