This system allows for the objective quantification of talent management capabilities through AI-powered conversations via "PeopleX AI Role Play," certifying employees who meet certain standards as "Management Experts." By implementing this system, we aim to establish a fair certification process independent of subjectivity and actively promote an organizational culture where everyone can be evaluated properly and continue to grow.
Background to Introduction With the declining working population and diversification of work styles, the importance of talent management in companies has increased more than ever. Furthermore, with the launch of this system, our company has certified 8 individuals as "Management Experts." One of them is a talent who, despite not currently being in a management position, objectively demonstrated high aptitude.
