PeopleX Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Daichi Tachibana; hereinafter: the Company), which solves HR challenges with AI from recruitment to career support, announced that it has updated its purpose (raison d'être) to better capture the full-scale arrival of the AI agent era and enhance its contribution to sustainable corporate growth and HR problem-solving. Additionally, to strengthen the business promotion system for realizing the new purpose, the Company has established a new position, "Specialized Officer," to lead organizations and projects, and has appointed six individuals to these roles.
As AI agents continue to evolve and spread, the Company aims to free working people from daily routine tasks by providing products and services utilizing the latest technology. We will create an environment where people can concentrate on tasks that they are inherently meant to handle, improving their work styles and productivity, and establishing a new standard where humans and AI coexist.
About the New Purpose
With the advancement of AI technology, the utilization of AI agents that autonomously perform tasks is expanding. However, in many companies, complex routine tasks still burden human resources, preventing sufficient allocation of resources to areas that truly require focus, such as strategic decision-making and improving employee engagement.
Since its establishment in April 2024, the Company has been committed to supporting people's success and corporate growth through the development of AI-first products and services.
