PeopleX Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Daichi Tachibana; hereinafter: the Company), which solves HR challenges with AI from recruitment to career support, held the first session of its certified qualification program "HR AX Expert (Human Resources AI Transformation Expert)" on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, for HR leaders who drive HR problem-solving and organizational transformation through the utilization of AI.

This program is a certified qualification program for HR leaders that goes beyond the technical aspects of mastering AI operations, systematically teaching "change management" methods to embed AI within organizations and fundamentally transform processes from recruitment to development and placement.

Background and Significance of the Program

With the rapid evolution of AI technology, AX (AI Transformation) has become indispensable in corporate business processes and decision-making. In this context, future HR leaders are required to possess not only foundational AI knowledge but also advanced management skills to integrate AI into business strategy and promote behavioral change across the entire organization.

Against this backdrop, the Company launched this program based on the expertise it has cultivated as a comprehensive solution company that solves HR challenges with AI, as well as research and analysis results of advanced overseas cases. Participants will acquire knowledge about AI and methods for embedding AI within organizations through training, and upon completion, will receive certification proving their expertise.

Program Highlights

Overview of Implementation

The program was conducted in a two-part structure, consisting of lectures and workshops, aiming to cover everything from foundational understanding of AI utilization in HR (HR AX) to the formulation of practical transformation plans.

HR AX Expert Course

Participants systematically learned everything from the basics of AI to its application in HR practices, risk management, and the implementation of transformation. Incorporating the latest trends in domestic and international AI regulations and governance, the program deepened the perspective of viewing AI not merely as an efficiency tool, but as a "redesign of judgment structures" to enhance the quality of HR decision-making.

AX Planning Guided by HR Strategy

Using a hypothetical model company as a case study, a group workshop was conducted to formulate AX plans from a "strategy-driven" perspective rather than an "AI-first" approach. The process systematically covered everything from defining HR strategy to examining and prioritizing AX themes and designing a roadmap (PoC → Pilot → Scale), with each team presenting their findings at the end.
