Monoxer Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representatives: Kotaro Takeuchi, Keisuke Ayanagi), provider of the memory platform "Monoxer", is pleased to announce that "Monoxer" has been officially adopted by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Juichi Hirasawa, hereinafter "ANA") for the retention of operational knowledge among international flight attendants, commencing April 2026.

This initiative is part of ANA Holdings Inc.'s ongoing efforts in human capital development, supported by funding from its corporate venture capital (CVC) during the Series C round in October 2025.

Prior to this official adoption, a pilot program conducted last year demonstrated a significant improvement in learning efficiency compared to traditional learning methods.

Based on these results, the formal introduction of Monoxer has been decided, and its utilization for reinforcing the operational knowledge of approximately 200 international flight attendants annually has begun.

Background of Introduction

The airport division of the ANA Group has historically provided training specific to each operational area. However, to further enhance service quality, a transition to a cross-domain training system is underway.

On the other hand, there were instances where employees struggled to fully apply knowledge gained in group training to their practical work, highlighting a challenge in the process of elevating knowledge from a "state of understanding" to a "state of usability." Against this backdrop, there was a need to strengthen mechanisms for efficiently and reliably retaining foundational knowledge.

Results of the Pilot Program

In the pilot program conducted in December 2025, learning efficiency was measured by comparing Monoxer learning with traditional text-based learning, using "points gained per minute" as the metric.

The results showed a learning efficiency difference of approximately 15 times, with 0.16 points per minute for Monoxer users and 0.011 points per minute for text learning.

This is attributed to Monoxer's mechanism of clearly presenting key points to be memorized and repeatedly quizzing on unmastered content, thereby promoting efficient knowledge retention even in short periods. Furthermore, the ability to visualize learning process data, such as learning history and memory retention status, confirmed the feasibility of simultaneously supporting group training and individualized follow-up based on comprehension levels.

Based on these achievements, Monoxer has been fully implemented from fiscal year 2026 for the purpose of retaining operational knowledge in the employee training of the ANA Group.

Details regarding the pilot program are available on our utilization support portal site.

Comment from Akane Matsuno, Training Planning Team, Training Department, Airport Center, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.

Following the results of the pilot program, we have realized that Monoxer is an effective mechanism for retaining knowledge to the point where it can be utilized in practical work.

By strengthening the foundation of "knowledge retention," we aim to create an environment where each employee can focus more on "tasks that only humans can perform" while facing customers.

Moving forward, we will expand this successful model to areas beyond passenger services, supporting the creation of new value based on safety.

Comment from Kotaro Takeuchi, Representative Director and CEO of Monoxer Inc.

We are deeply honored to be able to support ANA's training reforms through Monoxer, as they thoroughly pursue "Safety First" and "High Service Quality."

Improving learning efficiency is not merely about saving time; it is about enabling people to allocate more time to human aspects and creativity, where they should truly excel.

From the perspective of "memory retention," we will continue to contribute to ANA's further evolution and the enhancement of customer experience value that lies beyond it.

About Monoxer Inc.

Monoxer Inc. aims to "make memory a part of everyday life" with its mission to develop and provide the learning platform "Monoxer" for memory retention.

Memory forms the bedrock of all human intellectual activities.

When people recognize something or make a decision, when they create something new, or when they interact with others, the foundation of memory accumulated daily within them always exists and has a significant impact. On the other hand, memorization, such as "memorizing English vocabulary," is often perceived as a difficult activity. We believe the cause of this difficulty lies in information not being organized in a memorable form, and the methods and management for memory retention being left to individual discretion.

As a result, people unconsciously distance themselves from memory, thereby narrowing the foundation that shapes their own potential. If memory could become an activity that anyone can perform naturally and without burden, it would be possible to freely learn new languages and work abroad, or obtain qualifications and pursue desired professions. Even the way one spends their weekends or engages in casual daily conversations would gain new breadth.

In other words, memory is what gives depth and options to people's lives. Monoxer's mission is to make "memory easier and more commonplace." For everyone to expand their potential to the fullest, leading richer and more fulfilling lives.
